  • What can chiropractic help with?
    Chiropractic is a natural health modality focusing on the function of the nervous system (brain, spinal cord and nerves). Our primary focus first and foremost is on improving the function of your body. We see various improvements with different ailments and conditions, these include but are not limited to: - Back and neck pain - Sciatica - Headaches/migraines - Vertigo/dizziness - Digestive issues - Sleep issues - Bedwetting in Children - Colic in Babies
  • Why is chiropractic important?
    We can last approximately 8 to 21 days without food and water but if our nerve supply is cut off we don’t survive. Our neurology is key to how our body works and how it functions. Ensuring, with chiropractic care, that your body is functioning at its best is an integral part of looking after your health and well-being.
  • Who can see a chiropractor?
    Everybody! We provide care for newborn through to adults - you're never too young or too old to see a chiropractor.
  • How much does an appointment cost?

  • Do I need a referral?
    No prior referral is needed. You're able to make an appointment with us right away.
  • Are you ACC accredited?
    Yes we are. An ACC form can be completed at your appointment with us - you do not need to go to a GP first.
  • What techniques do you use?
    We have multiple techniques that we can utilise, this helps us choose an appropriate technique specifically for you. Gentle techniques are great for babies, children or those who are anxious about care, as well as manual techniques when necessary.   • What can I expect?
    Initial Consultation (40 minute appointment) Medical history Upon booking your appointment you will receive paperwork to complete. This will help us to gain a greater understanding about your health history, current health (including any concerns you may be having) and your goals moving forward. We will discuss this with you and determine how we can best help you. Examination During this time we will assess your spine and nervous system function - this may include testing your neurological, orthopaedic, range of movement, over-all functionality. Adjustment If deemed safe and appropriate, one of our chiropractors will perform an adjustment. There are multiple techniques used to adjust - we want you to be comfortable so adjusting techniques are tailored to you.
  • Do I have to keep coming back?
    Based on our findings from your initial consultation, a personalised care plan is recommended. Regular visits are advised to monitor progress and ensure you are on track to achieve your goals. You are never obliged to continue with care, however, by doing so you will start to feel the positive changes and begin to experience the many benefits that chiropractic provides for your health.
  • Can I see a chiropractor while pregnant?
    Yes definitely. Chiropractic can help to manage back, hip, and joint pain, further benefits may include improved sleep, comfort, reflux and sciatica, allowing your body to find ease at each step of your pregnancy journey.
  • How soon can I make an appointment for my newborn?
    As soon as possible. We use gentle adjustments/treatments to help regulate the nervous system. Benefits may include improved latching, feeding, digestion, sleeping and much more. Choosing to have optimal function from the beginning is invaluable for a baby’s health and well-being.
